Please be sure to complete every section of the form in as much detail as possible, including the venue name address and postcode. If your Entertainer(s) arrives at an incorrect address or is late, due to unclear or inaccurate information, they will do their best to contact you via phone and text message, in order to attend.
Should your Entertainer arrive late, because of inaccurate information they will discuss with you their availability to extend their time, - please note this may incur additional cost if this exceeds 20 Minutes, additional time cannot always be guaranteed due to your entertainers schedule. All previously agreed fee's must be paid in full.
Please let us know if the number of guests changes as soon as possible, this is especially necessary with face painting. We can paint a maximum of 15 children per hour (recommended guarantee is 12) It is essential you accurately fill out the number of attendees section on the form, in addition to the ages of the guests. We have a small team of Entertainers, Artists and Performers, therefore if more children are due to attend, we may be able to arrange an extra Artist or Entertainer to attend for an extra fee.
Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your Entertainer or Artist that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way of doing so.
Arrival Time
Your party entertainer/s will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to party start time to set up, depending on the type of entertainment you have booked. Full DJ equipment takes up to an hour to set up.
Children and Safety
We care about the safety of your children and guests, all of our entertainers are DBS checked, our priority is entertaining your guests, your entertainer(s) will not be able to discipline children who are misbehaving, handle medical emergencies or support toileting the children.
A responsible parent or adult MUST be present to supervise and provide for the needs of the children at all times.
Under no circumstances must children be left alone with your entertainers.
Tiger entertainment and your entertainer/performer are not responsible for any injury or damages that may occur at your event.
If not discussed already at booking please, inform your entertainer of any disability, physical or otherwise, that you feel may impact the child’s ability to join in. We can cater to every child, as long as we are informed upon booking.
Cancellations
Should you cancel the party more than 72 hours after booking, deposits paid will not be refunded. Please discuss with us as we may be able to reschedule your party depending on our entertainers availability. However if we cannot find an alternative slot, your booking fee will be lost.
In the unlikely event of Tiger Entertainment cancelling your party, due to severe unforeseen circumstances (e.g. flooding, severe snow or ice) we will be happy to transfer your deposit towards another mutually agreed upon date and time. In this situation, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Expectations of Behaviour
At all times our entertainers will remain professional and respectful towards all parties.
We do not tolerate any abusive or disrespectful language or behaviour that may cause offence towards our staff. Our Entertainer has the right to leave the event, at any time if they feel threatened or unsafe.
Tiger Entertainment has the right to cancel any booking, if we do not feel conditions will be safe to send a performer.
All song requests are requests, not demands. Our DJs will try to cater for requests, where possible. Venue internet speeds may not always allow for the downloading of tracks.
Please note it is at the discretion of the DJ, to decide whether a song is appropriate for the event for example we avoid playing tracks rated as 'explicit' at parties, designed for children.
Entertainment Space at Venue
The client must provide suitable space for the act/entertainment, which is to be discussed prior to booking.
NB: If you are booking Glitter or Face painting please check with the venue if they allow this.
Payment
We cannot confirm your booking until Tiger Entertainment is in receipt of your booking fee.
The client must pay the remaining balance when the entertainer/s arrive, prior to the entertainers start time. Work will not begin until the full balance has been received.
Parking
Parking for your entertainer(s) must be provided at the venue, with easy access to entertainment space due to the unloading heavy equipment. It is the client's responsibility to arrange this, including paying any parking fees or arranging a parking permit.
